Cooking
I enjoy cooking very much ... I even bake. This section needs to be fleshed out
when I've more time. For now it includes two things:
- A link to Alton Brown's website,
- And my current kitchen wish-list:
- A decent Dutch oven (still investigating)
- A decent baking stone (still investigating)
- A 9" by 3" springform cake pan
- A decent pepper mill (the Unicorn Magnum Plus for example)
- Plunger measuring cups (yes, like AB's)
- A salt silo (okay, yes ... again, like Alton's)
Games
I occasionally play a variety of games. Among the games I enjoy
